Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. 

Return Period:  We use a 14-day return period in which the customer can return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return Policy:  All items must be returned to us in an unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale condition with the tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REMARK:

For items that are on sale, Saveah does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or exchanged for store credit.

Return Costs:  Returns are at your own expense depending on the carrier and the country you are returning your package from.

Returns Processing Time:  If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when you register your return, we will start working on it immediately. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On your track & trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived in our warehouse. From that moment on the start of 10 working days. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank
